When you sign up, we ask you to input your company name to personalize your account. We will use that company name to let your candidates know who invited them.

When you sign up, we also ask for your email to be used as a login to the platform. We also use it for transactional and support emails.

Transactional emails include password resets, alerts, notifications, receipts, and the progress of your candidates.Support emails are your link to a human and our feedback loop:

• Upon demo account registration, we might send you a welcome message with some links and information.
• In a few days, we may follow up with how it is going and whether you need any help.
• In a few weeks (depending on your evaluation process), we may follow up with a feedback request.
• In half a year, we will confirm the demo account deletion if you do not need it.
• Occasionally, we may send you questions related to the platform and your experience with it.

You can always set the desired level of interaction in your account settings.

You can also create a demo account with an invalid or throwaway email address. In this case, you will not receive any communications. Keep in mind that if you lose access to such an account, it will be impossible to recover it.

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you use our platform (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. We use it for improving the Service and detecting anomalies or errors. We will never share this data with anyone. We destroy this data after a few weeks.

We use first-party cookies for your subsequent authentication after you have logged in. We do not store any preferences in them. We do not use tracking cookies. You are free to control the lifecycle of your cookies and delete them as often as you like. Just be aware that the platform will ask you to log in again if you delete your cookies.
